Southern Vermont College is seeking a full-time faculty member to teach Psychology. Teaching responsibilities include four courses per semester. Other expectations include appropriate scholarship and professional development, academic advising, mentoring majors, and committee work. Doctoral level candidates are preferred, with highly qualified Master?s candidates considered. Special consideration will be given to candidates with expertise in Developmental Psychology and/or experience teaching Research Methodology; however, this individual will be expected to teach across the psychology curriculum. Desired qualifications include a commitment to excellence in teaching; varied pedagogical methods; well-developed teamwork and communication skills; and integration of technology into the classroom. Rank and salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
